xbox one and x box 360 was number one fan till now

good I just got the x one and I ran into a four hour thing with tech support it did not take my 360 rom info to the one she was on the phone with me for four hour she was a troopper gotta to admit she was great but did not solve my isusse x one told ,e had
to pay for gold when I have a gold in the 360 did not give me my info from 360 canclled my 360 info plus gold I had from dec. made me buy new one for x box one but me on a trial for my 360 lost everthing paid agin for my gold on the one but have to pay agin
on the 360 and I just got it in dec. its I been a xbox fan from the beginning but now am thinking ps4 is the way to go .

am just had it with them the one is not all that but its aeryll I got till I work very very hard to save up for a ps4

With what you now know would you have stayed with your X-box-360 or PS4 than gettin a X-box one?!?Why???

Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).

 

Sorry to hear about whatever it was your trying to explaine. Sounds a mess.

But I'd stick to where the games you want to enjoy are. The other side is not all peaches and cream for customer service, like any company mistakes and mess ups can be made.

Did you lose/forget your email/password, for ur gamertag??? Like the setup/trans should have been easy just enter your email/password thats tied in with the tag and you're golden (in a manner of speaking) but anyways srry & good luck

 

Sorry to hear about ur experience you should've of gotten to transfer ur account over to the one without any problems etc. I've been a long time Sony fan and experienced bad crap with them which lead me to switch back to Xbox and I couldn't be happier playing
the 360 again and picking up the 1.
