Discus and support xbox one and Web cam compatibility for streaming in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can anyone tell me if there will be any future updates allowing normal webcams to be connected to the xbox one for streaming as I don't want to use...     Can anyone tell me if there will be any future updates allowing normal webcams to be connected to the xbox one for streaming as I don't want to use the Kinect ?

    I haven't heard anything, but if this is something you'd like to see I'd recommend you suggest it over at
    Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice - the team uses the ideas from that site to see what the community wants in future system updates.

    Yes you can use almost any webcam. I'm in the preview program and I have both the Logitech C920 and C922 but I know there are other that someone else tested, I just can't find the site that list the other cameras

    If your web cam is compatible with Xbox One Console, you can use without problems, try find in manual user from the cam or in factory site to see if your web cam is compatible with Xbox One with you own

    I hope so , but they will have to make it smaller. But the fact you can plug a web cam in just now, makes me think they will just improve the web cam, maybe make a app so you can adjust things for streaming. 🤔
