Xbox One and Superhub 2

I would try a few tests to try and work out what is at fault:-

Try placing the xbox one very close to the router and using wireless connection see if you still have issues, if so then you know 1 of the devices is at fault.

Trying connecting a different device like ps3, xbox 360 or laptop and try streaming a movie or use a broadband speed tester through a browser and see if you still have connection issues, if so then it's not the xbox one and probably a faulty superhub 2.

If you don't have issues with a different device then it is possibly faulty wireless hardware on the xbox one and maybe worth taking back the shop for testing.

But again, i really recommend the 'Powerline Adaptors' which work almost as good as ethernet connection. - i had a quick look on Amazon and saw a pair brand new for £14.99 - amazing value.

 

Tried all those Johnny to no success.

Other devices work fine too. I also know its not faulty hardware as I had no issue at my parents house.

I've just got back from PC World and got some power line adapters for £25. So far they are working fine and I'm getting no disconnections.

Yeah, they're great. Wired connection without the wires around the house if that makes sense!

might give these a try just because i cant get a good wireless signal upstairs
