Xbox one and series x game transfer between different accounts

Hi,

i have an xbox one with all my game data on but ive just got the xbox series x and ive created a new account for my son. Ive transferred the game data over but nothing is working. Can you transfer the game data between two different accounts even though bith of the xbox’s are on the same network?

On the EA website it says progress can transfer over between console families, just not cross-platform. Therefore, progress should transfer between Xbox One and Series X like other games.

That's too bad it won't transfer progress between different Xbox units.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you're using the One, Series S/X you can still access the games if you have the console set as your Home console for the old account.
