    Xbox One and Racing Wheels


    Not a good track record so far. First Xbox One unit fails on startup, returned after Christmas to Best Buy for replacement. Have been awaiting options on racing wheels as Forza 5 collects duct on the shelf (since Christmas). The only racing wheel out has
    D ratings basically from reviewers (not going to risk that amount of money on something that is not a good product). Will they start making improvements to this system and accessories or is this only going to progress at same slow rate?

    Xbox One and Racing Wheels

    Naturally we'll see more accessories for the console after it has been on the market for a while.

    Consider the large number available for the 360, both first and third-party. Very little of that was around at launch and there was a comparable selection to what you now find for Xbox One.

    I know there are a few after market racing wheel sets out at the moment

    Like the thrustmaster 458 spider racing wheel or the mad catz force feed back racing wheel

    Im sure if you wait a wile that fantec will bring one out sooner or later

    The Joytech Nitro Racing wheel is not compatible with the Xbox One,

    around 90% of all steering wheels that were compatible with Xbox 360 don't work on the Xbox One,

    My nephew's had the Joytech Nitro racing wheel for the Xbox 360, but after they upgraded to the Xbox One the wheel never worked,

    I myself have a £1000+ Fanatec Racing wheel ( Xbox 360 and PS3 compatible ) which i got around 2009 to use with Forza Motorsport 3 and beyond, even my Fanatec wheel is not compatible with Xbox One, it just sits collecting dust.

    The version you are using is the old RW Ferrari 458 Racing Wheel that is compatible with xbox 360 and not compatible with xbox one.

    The new version Thrustmaster VG Ferrari 458 Spider Racing Wheel is compatible with Xbox One.
