XBox One and Mincraft issues

Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue:

• Are you encountering this issue only with Minecraft game or all of your games?
  
• Are you receieving any error codes/ messages?
  

Also, we would suggest trying the following solutions:

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Close any running games: To remove download constraints from games or apps being installed, you can either wait for the Xbox to suspend the running game, or you can force games to close by doing the following:

1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
   

Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.
