Xbox one and logging in to internet

So i got a new xbox one for christmas and it wants me to log into a network but the networks that i have require me to open my browser and log in (kinda like hotel ones) and when i try to connect to it it says it dosent work. how can i connect to it?

Xbox Live Not Working Right Please Fix

My internet and other devices work fine on the internet. I have problems when logging on to live on xbox one or going on to a microsoft website. I'm in Pineville, NC. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

here is a tip, was getting the same issue.

i solved it by disconnecting from the internet, then logging in one only the Xbox one. once it logged me in local, i reconnected to the internet. was able to hop into a match and play online. hope this helps.

Who controls your network? What you may have to do it contact them and get them to allow the MAC address of your console through security without the authentication step.

Another thing that I have heard of working is to go ahead and authenticate through the browser using your laptop/tablet/phone. Then set the MAC address of device as the alternate MAC address of the XBOX.

Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.

I have the same issue or had..... make sure you the only person logged into your xbox one and try again. If someone is logged in and their internet access is restricted it effects you too. Hope this helps

But on other xbox, I can log in, only on my xbox 360 slim with my intenret connection I cannot log in. I try 3G internet on phone, create wifi and I log in on xbox live.

I do not know where is problem, but on other devices internet works. I canot log in only on xbox live.
