Xbox one and kinect Problem

Hello guys,

I've got a problem with my Xbox one, after installing it in a different place I noticed that kinect isn't working, the picture kinect sees isn't smooth it's like only 10fps ( it judders).

and also kinect can't hear anything, when i do the sound test its telling me "no speaker detected ", but there are speakers and they are turned on.

Next thing is that my Xbox is very slow now, sometimes when starting a game I got the error "game start is taking too long" then I got a crash back to the dashboard.

When the game finally starts, the xbox is loading much longer than before (tried different games) and in game the Xbox freezes sometimes for a few seconds.

The last problem is, that when I login into live (on the xbox) I can see friends onlinE, I can write messages and use the IE, but I can't start a party or playou online ("you not logged into live" but I am!).

For me it sounds like a cpu problem because of the performance decrease... the support couldn't help me and told me to write in the forum before sending the console to microsoft.

Does anyone of you had the same problem or any idea what my problem is?

What If: Microsoft Released A Purebred, Kinect-Based Entertainment Device?

The problem with a "purebred," stand-alone Kinect device is the same problem with kinect on the xbox one.--devs would put shovelware on it and not let the technology advance.

 

Kinect keeps turning on and off

I have also this weird problem with my Kinect and XBOX One.

 

Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If not, give that a try then unplug everything from it and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

Also, when the console starts back up head to Settings>Kinect and run the Kinect Set up again.
