    Xbox one and FIFA 15 - Is the right place to ask for help or is there help available anywhere?


    It's all greek to a new Xbox one parent trying to help my son use his Christmas present. Can anybody help decipher what the problem either we are having or that Microsoft or EA is having. Our issue is with FIFI 15. Is it just us or is it incredibly irritating
    and difficult to simply set up and use this thing?

    Restored xbox one and cannot find the digital copy of FIFA 15

    I don't know why you can't find it in the Marketplace? You should just be able to go into the marketplace, find FIFA 15 and hit "download again".

    When I check the store online here, I notice the only option available to buy is the Deluxe Edition, which I don't own. store.xbox.com/.../1dede2ca-008d-44dd-ad72-e34063bdf447

    You may want to phone support and ask them for help.

    FIFA 15 Bundle

    So I read around the website that there in fact WILL be a bundle for the Xbox One with Fifa 15 BUT that it will only be available in the UK and that we (in the US) will get the bogus Madden 15 bundle which is understandable, still,
    my question is....

    If I were to buy the Fifa Bundle from the UK, would it be compatible to play here in The States? I wouldn't want the spent the extra money for it not to work. It might be to soon to ask but I'm putting it out there.

    My son is trying to buy Fifa points with the money on his account. I changed the settings online and have verified that his account is no longer restricted to just free .

    On the xbox one even though he restarted it still says we have to change the settings.

    Okay, try speaking with Phone (Billing) Support first as it could be on the Xbox end:

    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    However, it could also be on the EA end as it's an in-game item, in which you can get in touch with them here:
