Xbox one and destiny is down again.

Wow Xbox/ Microsoft needs to get some better IT and network security person. Got dropped from destiny and not can't reconnect. Big letdown for the holidays.

Why Do I Have To Eject Destiny And Unplug My Xbox One To Play Destiny

To play Destiny, I have to first eject the Destiny game disc, shut down my Xbox One, unplug the Xbox One, plug the Xbox One back in, turn on the Xbox One, put the Destiny game disc back in, sign in to xbox live and then and only then can I play Destiny Story
only. If I try to just sign in to xbox live and play Destiny without going through the steps I previously mentioned, I get the error code: Chicken. Should I have to do all this to play one game? Does anybody know why I have to go through all these steps before
I can play Destiny?

 

same as me . none of my online games works says i am not online and i am wtf

 

Same issue here this is getting old fast going on 3 days of interrupted services with no responses from the big MS.

 

Same here. The number of times xbl has gone down in the last two months alone is unacceptable. If I'm paying for this service it should work.

Ok, so everyone is doing the complaining for me here so I will leave that alone. What I don't get is... if you knew these hackers punks were threatening to take the server down weeks ago, even if you thought it was a hoax, why would you not put in at least
a little precautionary procedure to prevent something like this? I have both the One and PS4; I play all my matchmaking games on the One because my friends do also. I play Destiny mostly; one thing working in Microsoft's favor is that my stats won't transfer
platforms. If the did, I would have already left. This stems from ALL the problems we have had in the last 3 months.

 

yup I'm in same boat as you guys got my Xbox out early for holidays played 3 days of destiny now nothing for last 3 days. bunch of bull but I have faith in em for what its worth. hope its all fixed soon my destiny awaits..(; oh on a funny note I'd hate to
throw $400 system threw there warehouse window take it back its junk.lol jk but plz fix Xbox live soon plz

I suggest we stop bubbling and start fixing as I am back to work Monday and would like to use my xbox live that I paid you good money for.

 

Goes to show how they prioritise the customer, give us your money and we just may give you a service.

 

They have learnt a few lessons, I was an early adopter of the 360 on launch which had to go back to Germany twice. I bought the xbox one at launch with no issues that the 360 launch suffered and have been playing xbox live for over 10 years. Microsoft thought
a fitting tribute for this contribution for their first birthday would be a wallpaper that I could have produced myself.

A today will cost you over £80 for a game by the time you have added the season pass for content that would rarely cost over £6 on the original xbox.

All we as customers want is a level of service that reflects in the premium price you charge for the games we play.
