    I have bought a $64.00 code that I just put on my account and planned on purchasing Dying Light however whenever I go to purchase the game it says "Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first
    change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children.    " I have entered help and followed the directions on both my computer and on the Xbox One however when I checked to see if i was allowed to make purchases
    it says allowed for anything

    its doing the same thing!

    If your purchasing via the computer, try downloading it via the xbox 360 console, you shouldnt have any errors then.

    Xbox 360 Controller does not work on my PC ?

    Xbox 360 controllers will not connect wirelessly to a computer. If you are trying to use a Play-and-Charge cable to connect through USB, that is not what it is designed for and won't be compatible. If you really want to use an xbox controller on your computer
    I would recommend either purchasing an adapter build to do this, or one of the controllers out there that are built for PC.

    Sorry to hear it. Try logging in here and adjusting the settings of the account to allow purchases on the Xbox One. account.xbox.com/Settings

    If you are underage then the parental account will need to do so.

    Also, be aware that credit cannot be used on the computer unless you are using at Windows 8.1 or better.

    Thank you Onyx for your help but I am 18 and have made purchases of mature content well before turning 18. I have gone into account.xbox.com/Settings before i made a post in the forum and my computer is on the latest edition of windows atm

    Alright. Thanks for the info. When you turned 18 did you promote your account from Child to Adult? If not you can do so at this link: support.xbox.com/.../promote-child-account

    If that is not the issue then it may be a billing issue that only phone support can deal with. You can try calling them at 1-800-469-9269 if you live in North America.

    You can't. You can purchase add ons or games on a computer but you have to download it directly on the xbox console.

    I had an issue once purchasing games on my xbox one that were 360 games but was able to purchase them on my old 360 console then download them on my xbox one. you can also try purchasing them online from your computer instead.
