I keep getting booted from xbox live

no i have Charter Communications

 

I live in <edit> and also have Charter. I can tell you it works perfect with Charter.

 

mine does not change channel i also have charter

Yes, Charter works. I need much more info: For example: Frost22022's does not change channel (Make AND Model of Cable box, and layout would be wonderful) also does any voice or motion command work? I just don't have any information to work off.

I had to manually enter my cable box (Charter) and works like a charm now. The automatic would not allow me to change channels.

 

As of July 7th, Charter has rolled out their new digital service. Since it's rollout I encounter a recurring error from Charter stating that my TV doesn't support HDMI and to install a component video cable. It worked fine prior to Charter's new digital
roll out, but now it's has some real issues.

I've contacted Charter and explained that I have my Xbox One controlling my media center and they suggested that I disconnect my cable box from the Xbox and install it direct to my TV.

So far this has resolved the issue, but was curious if other Charter cable subscribers were encountering the same issue?

Seems strange that no issues existed prior to their new programing and now it does. I feel it's their issue and not the Xbox.

 

Are you sure the problem was caused by Charter's update, or is it possibly caused by the July 2014 XBox One update (which was released at that time)?

 

I think it was the Xbox update. Problems with Live TV seems to be happening across a broud range of cable service providers

 

I have a TiVo Roamio with my local cable co and have no audio along with misc HDMI error messages. Disconnecting the XBoxOne fixed the problem. It's definitely an XBox issue from an update this week.

 

After the last update my Charter cable has no audio and the picture freezes every 5 seconds.

The Charter tech just left my house and said I had to bypass the Xbox One and go directly from the cable box to the TV. After doing that the cable works perfect.

Any idea if this is being corrected by Xbox or does anyone know of a work-around?
