xbox one and bf4 freezing on black screens

Discus and support xbox one and bf4 freezing on black screens in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; every time i turn my xbox on after green xbox screen i get black screen for about 2minutes,,,i sign in, then load battlefield4 up and it stays on black...     xbox one and bf4 freezing on black screens


    every time i turn my xbox on after green xbox screen i get black screen for about 2minutes,,,i sign in, then load battlefield4 up and it stays on black screen for another 2minutes before game loads up,,,then i have to change all my ingame settings,,, its
    like the xbox thinks im loading game up for the first time....PLEASE HELP.........

    Xbox One blank screen when i start the console

    Between matches on BF4 I hit the xbox button and then the screen flickered and went black. I could hear that everything was working fine but the screen was black.

    xbox one and bf4 freezing on black screens

    Try a hard reset of the xbox hold down the powe button till it turns off then wait till your power brick light is orange when that happens turn the xbox back on if you have your xbox set to turn on your tv when u hard reset it it will not turn off your tv
    so turn off your tv after the turn off the xbox it will take about 1 min to 2 min to come back on but when it ready it will turn the tv back on to

    I do this after every game update of the xbox one because the xbox has internal problems clearing the cache and if it not clear u get all kind of problems and a hard reset fixs this

    tryd that,,,,still dosnt work,,,,just keeps sticking all the time,,,,,is there any way to speak to someone from xbox on this,,,,,,

    I want a refund!!!!

    well i was playing on operation metro and i was atleast 30min into my game,as i selected A to spawn it froze with a black screen, sometimes my xbox freezes when im loading my player stats for bf3 in the menu, when a play forza 4 it freezes after ever race
    for a couple of seconds whilst it saves. this is not an isolated crash it freezes at random points sometimes but mostly in bf4 and fm4.
