    I bought CoD MW and BO3 and neither are letting me download the game. I purchase it, and then it says I own it without downloading the content. Anyone else having issues? Any suggestions?

    Greetings MundoCani,

    I would recommend double checking the version you are downloading. Specially there are versions of games in the call of duty franchise that are not the whole game or different versions than the "standard edition". I specifically am calling this out with the zombie chronicles BO3 you mentioned above. The easiest way you can do this is to go the store page for the games you purchased and scroll down to the "Included in this Bundle" section. If you trying to play on the Xbox One, it would be easiest to do this on the console then.

    Once you see this section, just click on each item to go to its own individual page and click download. This should show up if it registers that you own it.

    You can also go to the Games and Apps collection menu on the main page of your dashboard and scroll down to "Full Library". This will list all the games that you current own and you can click on them to queue up and download.

    If you see the games still but they are not downloading, I recommend performing a restart on your system by holding down the glowing Xbox button on your controller and selecting restart. This clears up a lot of stuff on the back end of the console and it should free up your queue.

    Hi Parnhat, COD MW uses Activision ID in-game and not your gamertag.

    Go to https://s.activision.com/activision/profile and check if your xbox account is linked with activision and then edit your ID to the one you want.

    Port 3074 is quite a popular port in gaming.

    It's needed by all games on the xbox 360

    It's needed by call of duty and probably all activision games on the playstation consoles.

    It's needed by the xbox one system for most non-activision games as well as party chat.

    For activision games it is not critical. For them you need port 3075, 3076, 1200 and 1001 depending on the game. Just forward the four of them.

    Xbox won't do anything. Its an Activision game played on their servers. You just use an xbox, playstation or pc to get to their servers that only Activision manages and controls the servers and they are the only ones that can do anything about those players.

    The last and final set of BC games were released as part of the Xbox 20th anniversary, there won't be any more Xbox 360 or original games for the Xbox One/Series X|S.

    Also, the Tenchu series of games is not owned by Activision. Activision sold the rights to the series to another developer, From Software in 2004.
