    My xbox one and 360 were stolen today out of my aparment! I was told their was a way to find my serial number online and also track the device if anyone decide to connect the consoles to the internet. Any help with this would be great

    I think your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support directly.

    Just hit the Support tab at top of forum, in there somewhere you can request a call back.

    That's awful.

    You had an XBox 360 AND an XBox ONE and they were stolen before you could hit the 200 Gamerscore mark?

    At least you've been given all the tools you need to recover both of your boxes by the gentlemen above.

    Sorry to hear of your misfortune O.P.. I would follow Lofty Who and Daft Badger s advice and contact support.

    The O.P.s last achievement on the gamer-tag he posted with was in 2008. Maybe the 360 was stolen years ago and he/she is just now finding out? ;-)

    Thanks! Law enforcement and Xbox were able to track the location of his stolen console. They recovered the majority of items that were stolen including his Xbox 360 :)

    You had an XBox 360 AND an XBox ONE and they were stolen before you could hit the 200 Gamerscore mark?
