Xbox one always crashing!

Every time i suspend a game, (any game), open an app then try to resume it, my xbox crashes so hard (black screen and buzzing noise) it turns completely off, and i have to use the power button to turn it back on. It only started doing this recently, but
it is super annoying, as this is my most used feature because i use my xbox for all my tv viewing (YouTube, hulu, Netflix, etc.). Im in the preview program, if that has anything to do with it. I would really like some feedback on this, because im not able
to find much helo on the rest of the internet. There's one post on Reddit of some people having the same problem. Please bring this to the attention of support, so that i can get any kind of feedback at all... Thank You.

looking for new rivals

The crashing has ALWAYS been high...in Burnout Paradise...AND now in this one! Same old crap with players ALWAYS choosing Bugattis too!

Crashing

Game keeps crashing. What's the deal with these Microsoft games? There is always a problem with one of them crashing or freezing. When you get them fixed stop updating then you have problems again. Getting really sick of this.

Since you're in the preview program please post on the official xbox insiders subreddit for support regarding this problem:

Since this is almost surely an insiders problem, the only solutions are to wait until they fix it with another update, opt out of the insiders program via the insiders app on your console, or do a factory reset keeping games and apps to see if that helps:

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps" (requires account redownload).

You could try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this to see if it helps. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the
power cord back in and restart the console.

Forgot to mention that it sometimes crashes during specific points in a game. There was this cutscene in Dragon Ball Kakarot that always used to cause my Xbox to crash due to overheating. I got around it by skipping this one cutscene as soon as it started.
