    Xbox One - All Games Freeze


    Problem:

    I was playing Fifa 18 when I was suddenly kicked out of the whole game and taken to the home screen.

    I now can’t get into the game, or any other game, it is exactly the same issue as seen here:

    What’ve I tried?

    I have tried a hard reset, restarting my router, powering the Xbox down and unplugging it and leaving it, I’ve tried using a different Xbox login to see if it was an account issue, I’ve tried a complete Xbox reset, the first time I chose to keep all games,
    the second time around I chose to factory reset it and re-installed my games only to find that they still don’t work.

    Noteworthy:

    FIFA 18 kicks me out to the Xbox home screen from the Ronaldo loading screen, I can’t even make it into the game.

    PUBG kicks me out soon after a game loads in, I’ve almost managed to make a landing from the plane before being kicked out.

    Fortnite kicks me out as soon as the party bus arrives on screen, the countdown starts and then freezes.

    What now?

    I’m hoping someone can answer that for me, I have absolutely no idea what else I can try, the ONLY advice I have been given elsewhere online (including Xbox Support) is to wait for a fix, but really an indefinite timeframe and no real indication that something
    is actually being done isn’t acceptable. I’ve seen people with similar issues from years ago post that they’re waiting for a patch and for all I know, they still are waiting, I don’t want to have to wait years to play on my Xbox again, nor do I want to shell
    out hundreds of pounds only for a similar issue to strike again and be told the same thing.

    If someone from Xbox can at least confirm that this issue is currently being looked into, I’d be happy with that.

    Whenever i try to go on xbox live my xbox freezes. It only happens to one of my accounts. It is the account i have all my progress on. Also whenever i try to play a game my xbox freezes. it only freezes when im on my main account.
