    Xbox One all digital stuck in green screen


    Just today my xbox one all digital stopped loading to the main menu, getting held up in the green screen. I tried holding the power button for 5 seconds until it turns off, then unplugging it for 5 minutes - this achieved nothing. Is there any way to perform a factory reset on the box without being able to access any screens? There is no "eject" button, or any other buttons on this device.
