    Hello,

    firstly sorry for my bad english, but there is no other way to contact anybody at microsoft.

    Recently I bought the Xbox One afterglow controller, but when I try to play a game the controller only works for like a minute or so. After that I have to reconnect the controller and nothing changes. It worked fine with the Xbox 360 Controller but it physically
    broke so I had to buy a new one.

    If you need more information just ask I'll try my best t to answer.

    X-box One Controller NOT UPDATING

    I have tried to update my controller to use my new Afterglow Headset. The problem is that my xbox is not detecting my controller.

    I have plugged it in without batteries and my controller will power on, with the microphone hooked up, I still get the message that there is NO CONTROLLER USB DETECTED.

    Im going to try a new mini USB... the one provided im assuming is not working correctly.

    any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Somebody please figure out how to make our consoles assign the afterglow usb dongle. Worked than didnt. Heaset works fine on Win. 10 laptop :-(

    Xbox 360 Controller to PC Connection???

    You would have to get a USB version or Wireless with adapter controller to work on PC. The one I use is an Afterglow Wired Controller for Xbox Once on my PC.

    A controller made by Afterglow will probably not use the same firmware a regular Xbox One controllers. Any questions about if the controller requires a firmware update and how to carry out the update will probably need to be directed to Afterglow.
