Xbox One after Bf1 update, all profiles locked for multiplayer: Missing Multiplayer ...

Hi.

My son downloaded and installed the BF1 update on our Xbox one 20170314.

After the the update, we cant no longer play online on our 3 accounts in different games eaven that we have a fully working network.

In Bf1 we get the above message.

Is there any easy solution to this problem?

Have Gold in Subscriptions, all games ask me to buy it

Got a 2 week trial of Live Gold with my One S. Multiplayer Bf1 worked fine. Trial ran out Thursday night, I renewed for 3 months, and even though thr Subscriptions page says I have Gold, any game I try to go online with tells me I need a Live Gold membership.

Restarted my console a dozen times, complete power cycle, removed my account, got it back, Restarted router, unplugged all cables and nothing has worked. Bf1 tells me I'm Missing Multiplayer Privileges, and when I try Forza multiplayer to see if it's just
some weird Bf1 issue, I'm sent to a screen asking me to buy Gold I already have.

I already contacted EA and they told me that it is probably a problem with my account, I have an adult one(gold) ..valid till nov 2017

The kids are coming home today and they would be happy to use their console.

Do you have an XBOX Live Gold membership? Most games require it in order to play multiplayer. If you do with only one account, try setting the XBOX as a home console. Is it only in BF1, or everything?

Which country are you physically located in on our
Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly. So you'll want to make sure they both match.
