Xbox one: after ban party chat not working

Only had a one day ban.. my time is up but my party chat doesn't work because no one can hear me but I can hear them fine. I served the ban from the time it was issued this past Wednesday around 7:30 am to 7:30am Thursday. I can send messages now but just
are having party chat issue I reset my router and all. please help. GT:

after getting a communications ban in mid October for a week the ban was lifted on the 24th of October. after the ban was lifted I have not be able to talk in game or party chat. I have heard this happening to other peopke but have not got any help from
xbox support or the enforcement team. It's been a month and this service I use nearly everyday has not be working.

And do what? Look at the non answers you've given us and the hundreds of rage posts? How about some kind of timeline for a fix or promise of reimbursement for the time we've not had the features we paid for?
