xbox one after 1-2 hours of gameplay starts to be VERY slow and freezes

So a few days ago I was playing Black Ops 3 when suddenly i was stuck at a loading screen. Thinking nothing of it, I went to the Home Screen and quit the game expecting to start it right back up. However, the console started acting very slow and I could
not access any features. Eventually I had to restart the console. When I restarted it everything then was fine then 45 minutes later (on Smite) the same thing happened; it took forever to load and the Xbox began to be very slow and eventually froze.This has
happened a least 7 times now and each time Ive had to hard restart the Xbox for it to work for another 1-2 hours before the issue happened again. Ive done multiple troubleshooting options:

-hard resetting the console (holding power button for 15 seconds)

-changed from instant sign-on to powersaver

-deleted local gamesaves

-unplugging the power brick and waiting a few minutes

-disconnecting and reconnecting my internet

-testing my connection and multiplayer connection

-deleted my profile from my xbox and recovered it

-restarted the xbox from the system settings

During this time Ive gotten several error codes: 0x80070102, and one time when hard resetting it (holding down the power button for 15 seconds and restarting it, i got this error code (e200 000000ef 00000000) and it asked if i wanted to trouble shoot it
but the console froze again before I could select it.

Been on and off the phone but have no clue what the issue is. My only two options that i can now is to disconnect wireless and play to see if its solely a console issue and to factory reset and delete everything to see if thaat hopefully works. Some friends
were mentioning it might be the hardrive is corrupted but there is no way to test that that i am aware of. if anyone has any suggestions that'd be great.

Forza Horizon 3 Crashing/Freezing

i always have freezing problems and its a digital copy and it happened on my physical copy too which annoyed the hell out of me what the hell is wrong with u turn 10 and playground why does these 2 wonderful games crash alot after a few hours of gameplay
then it starts to freeze and then after a few freezes it crashes

When i play a game,after 1 or 2 or more hours or 2 days of gaming my game freeze make a noise like trrrrrrrr and then xbox close off power...i dont know when it will do that after 1 hour after 2 or after 2 days of playing normally...Have anyone else this
problem and how to fix this ?(xbox one s is new)

 

The error code 0x80070102 indicates that a powercycle is required and e200 000000ef 00000000 indicates that a powercycle is required to update.

Have you checked if your console has enough ventilation, no vents getting obstructed ? You can check for more information on ventilation here

Another thing you might want to check is if your console is connected to a surge protector or an extension cord. If so try plugging it directly into the wall plug.
