    Do you have the Blu-Ray App installed? That is required for watching Blu-Ray and DVD movies on the Xbox One, and it is not installed on the Xbox by default.

    BD-Live man. It downloads new trailers regularly through wi-fi. It's a thing across most blu-ray players.
