    Xbox One Addon issues


    For the past week I have been having extremely annoying issues on my Xbox One (Original) involving game addons. In multiple games, for this case Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I have downloaded DLC/Addons to the games. They worked
    perfectly fine on the first attempt of installation, but after turning the Xbox off and back on, the games no longer recognize the Addons for whatever reason. I've looked all over the Internet for the past 2 days and haven't found a single permanent solution.
    The only solution I have found is removing the addons and reinstalling them, which becomes extremely frustrating when you have to continuously delete and install 40GB worth of addons because of an unknown issue, especially when sometimes the addons do not
    install properly and constantly say "Installation stopped". No matter what I try, the issue continues. Please help.

    Hi DJRager147,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with add ons to your games. Just wondering if you have tried anything yourself to solve this issue and if so what?

    I think first step is to perform a physical power cycle/reset, if you are still experiencing issues then try a ‘soft’ reset
    of your console to factory defaults    . When doing this make sure you choose the Reset and keep my games & apps.
    Bare in mind Any data not saved to to the cloud will be deleted but your apps and games will remain.

    Try uninstalling the addons and check if the game works. This is to know whether this issue is due to a bug in one of the addons or the game itself. If it's the game, try re-installing it.

    From the Xbox One main menu select the Forza 5 tile and press the menu button. Select the "Show All Addons" option and you should see the addon pack listed and be able to reinstall.
