Xbox one add profile gray screen

Phoenix_Reins - there is option in Xbox (beta) app.

{Parity} its looking like it is problem with Xbox app because i have gray screen in Xbox app.

On the Xbox ONE go to the sign in screen and click Add New. Put in the existing Microsoft account e-mail in and then enter the password. It will download his profile to the Xbox.

Also, just gave it a shot following the instructions on the link you shared – thanks again – I get to the family account settings and the kids are already listed there, I click the button to add them to the Xbox, I enter their individual password, but
then the screen stays gray and nothing seems to happen. Thoughts?

Your xbox live account is the same as your Microsoft account. If you want to know how to add your existing gamertag/profile to your Xbox One, there should be an icon in the top left of the screen that says "add new". This will walk you through the process
