Xbox one add on not showing up in game

I have been playing rainbow six siege again with my friends after i took a break from it. I redowloaded the game and all add ons. And my cobalt weapon skin is not showing up in game. It says it is installed. When i go to the microsoft store, it says i
must purchase it to own. But i already did own it. I payed full price and i dont want to pay again. Pls help. Btw i already tried uninstalling it and installing it over and over. I found out i bought it while using a different account. I bought it on this
xbox though. So i still should be able to use it.

I had the same issue, I'm not sure if you got it with the year 1 season pass but i just reset my console and it fixed itself. If it doesn't work go to https://support.xbox.com/ and
try and speak with them directly

I have had that. Best to turn it off, wait some time and try again. It can take up to 24 hours. If nothing after 24 hours then contact the game publisher to resolve it by email.

try hard reset of console (press and hold xbox button on console for about 10sec) or try contacting xbox support..
