XBOX One Add Credit Card Form Glitch

I saw Saints Row IV was only $5, so I figured I'd buy it. Problem is I got a new credit card. When I went to add my card information, instead of having a straightforward entry for the expiration date, they try to be cute and have a drop down selector. Problem
is the stupid thing is buggy and won't scroll down to numbers past the first three selection. So now I can't buy anything off my console. You people create a system where you destroy the old ways of having physical copies in favor of "convenient" digital purchasing,
and now you make it a pain in the **** to do just that. Out of spite and annoyance I am not going out of my way to try to get this rectified, and instead will keep my money.

I cannot redeem my prepaid 12m Xboxlive gold code

If I remove my current credit card from my account could I add the same one again,

I'm wondering if it's just a glitch on my credit card part of Xbox.ca account

As I'm not using a different credit card for my sub if I have to do whatever

 

Payment with Credit Card

So, I can`t add a new form of payment.

My credit card is 'Master card' and I'm from Brazil I don't understand what's happen. A message error is showed or 'The time limit reached' appears!!

My question is: Has the credit card to be international? If yes, Why exist 'Xbox live Brazil' if the card is international?

I have more or less 6 month of Live Gold in a signature of one year, and I'm tired, see the same things every time which I try add a credit card... Please, help me.
