xbox one adapter shuts off randomly

    xbox one adapter shuts off randomly


    So my xbox one adapter both old and new one are turning off randomly, sounds like the controller is turning off but it is just the adapter. Can't hear anyone in the party and and can not speak once it happens and I have to take the batteries out of my controller
    to temporarily fix it. Controller still works and game volume is fine when it happens it is just chat that gets messed up.

    Any way to fix this?

    Xbox one randomly shuts off

    Hi, I am having issues with my xbox one it will randomly cut off and I do not get any kind of overheating message I'm guessing that the fan in the power brick went out? Only had it for 5 months...lol is there any way I can get a replacement I still have
    the box for it. Very stressful luckily I have a gaming PC.. I don't know if this is a common issue or not

    I'm randomly getting similar issues with my Titanfall Controller randomly shutting off after the controller update and I can hear sound out of my new Xbox stereo headset with the headset adapter but nobody can hear me until I restart my Xbox

    Freaking same thing is happening to me, it happens on every controller I have. I have updated both controllers and I think the problem is with the adapter. I have astro a-40s with the stereo headset adapter and it never fails if I'm in a party my controller
    will shut off randomly shuts off, I get disconnected from the party. My friends use the headset that came with the xbox and haven't had a problem
