    Xbox One Adapter issues


    About a month ago, I contacted the support because I had issues with my Xbox One Adapter, and send it back.

    I was told that a new one was going to be delivered within 10 days after they've received it. I bought a second one ( because I had to anyway ) and the same junk is happening again. Before any of you ask me to try it on another controller, or to try another
    headset, I did and it still is happening, even worst, the sound crashed completely and makes just a loud buzz indefinitely. This is seriously frustrating, and considering this isn't even a wireless headset ( like the PS4 Gold Wireless Headset ( which is absolutely
    amazing for its price ) ).

    What should I do?

    How do I connect an Xbox One to a computer monitor?

    Possibly use HDMI (if your monitor has the input) or a HDMI/DVI adapter? Not sure if the XBOX one has issues with that adapter but maybe worth a shot.

    Wireless connection suddenly very slow

    It seems that alot of people are having issues with the xbox wireless adapter (white one) Its a possiblility you guys just might need to upgrade to the black wireless adapter.

    Update: is it possible that it is my game disc that makes it happen, even if the audio cuts only through my headset, and not through my TV ?

    Yes I did everything when I contacted the chat support, but still nothing, and I haven't heard from my package either.

    Wow thanks for all the work you put in to help me find out the problem. I see that its actually the game that is causing this issue. I guess theres nothing to do except wait for an update from sledge hammer.

    One of the replies to the slow motion issue suggests using the Xbox stereo adapter (updated)

    Please the forum link entirely as there are specifics in the reply of how to use this correctly. It's good that you already have the Xbox stereo adapter ...let us know if this fixes the issue. If so please mark this reply as the answer
