xbox one adapter and turtle beach x12

i was thinking about buying the adapter because i already have turtle beach x12 i see that they are compatible but i was wondering if anyone has had any problems with the adapter and the x12

Ok cool one more question with the adapter should I get a 50 dollar refund for my turtle beaches x12 from Amazon and buy xbox one headphones or just keep the x12 and get the adapter?

 

A way to use past headsets on Xbox One?

I have a Turtle Beach x11 and my brother has a Turtle Beach x12. Is there anyway either of us can use these headsets on the Xbox One? If so, do we need a special adapter or what? Thanks

 

I just. Bought the adapter and it's not picking up chat audio

 

I bought the adapter last week, the sound is terrible, there's no base and the base dial is now redundant.

 

I have problems with them also, sometimes, but very rare they work fine for an hour or two if i'm lucky then, i have the most common problems, mic doesnt work, also a echo on everything you do. i mean you push a button everyone hears it. anyone talks echo...,
i mute my tv still echos, lower the game sound till i cant hear the game, echos. tried both my controls.

 

i got x12 yesterday second hand and even with the adapter for controller they work fine,bass volume and mic all work great,good buy for 20 quid.

 

mine worked ONCE and now doesn't pick up chat voice.
