Xbox One - Activity alerts will not go away

I've had 250 Activity alerts for weeks now and they won't go away. Every time I check them they stay "New", but when people add me they go away.

I have tried everything under the sun to fix this.

Hi There,



My profile keeps on displaying "0" activity alerts on the friends page since the October Update. When I go into the activity alerts page, it then shows I actually have new, recent activity. On the same Xbox One and network, my wife is able to see her
activity alerts notifications on the dashboard and in the friends page.

My most recent activity is :

"Roxyraider liked your activity - 14m ago"

On Xbox One my alert activity always at 0.

But if sometimes I look my Alert Activity on my mobile phone (Xbox smart glass) it works perfectly.

Another thing - I cannot use my activity feed. It will say "Try again later" if I try to comment on something or share it.

 

Im having this same problem! I thought i was the only one... I talked to xbox tech support from 3am till about 5am and all that could have been done was to talk to the Preview Team supposedly but i dont see how thats going to work since i had the problem
before the new expirience dashboard launched for select users
