Xbox one acting weirdly

Hi there,

For some reason, my xbox will only stay on the store tab and when trying to move to any other tabs such as 'community' or 'home' it will jump right back to store. Hence not enabling me to access any of my installed games.

Another issue is that in the store tab and a few other areas the controller is way over sensitive which makes it hard to navigate.

I've tried to remove the console account, perform a hard reset, readd the account and also tried the factory reset with no success.

Will appreciate any input on this one.

Performing a hard rest on your console, also known as a power cycle or full reboot, cold restart can help fix this any of this issues.

To perform a hard restart, hold the power button on your Xbox console for 10 seconds while your console is on. This will power down Your console. When the 10 seconds period is over press the power button to power up you console again, And the green start
up screen will display.

Your cache would be cleared, Some of your setting would be reverted, But your data are preserved, and all your issues should be resolved.
