Xbox One acting up weirdly when attempting to sign in

For the past few days, I've been having this issue with my Xbox One, where usually I go on my Xbox, go to the sign-in screen upon launch and see that my profile pictures for both of my signed in accounts are missing, but everything else is intact. Then, after this occurs, when I try to sign into a account, my Xbox infinitely stays frozen while logging in, popping up a gray box once in a while, but nothing else. Any fixes for this?

Note: I originally believed to be a network issue during which my internet was down for a few days, and the Xbox servers were down for a day during the period this started happening, but after I reconnected the device to the internet and everything was seemingly working fine network-wise with my Xbox, the issue still persisted.

One last note from me before I sign out at the current time of posting my issue: There's one more detail I forgot to leave in, and that's what happened more recently when attempting to log in with my Xbox. These past few hours I tried once more, and this time the gray box that appears when I attempt to sign in now says an error code, and that's called 0x80070bfe.

I'm back, and I tried the soft factory reset method as my last resort, but in the end it was futile as it said "try again," since I don't want to remove my saved games and data.

Thanks for the response at hand, I'm going to try out your solutions posted but however I did try hooking my Xbox's connection to my mobile hotspot beforehand, same thing happened overall, my apologies for not mentioning about it on my original post.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.
