Xbox One Acting Strange

Hi everyone, i hope this is the right place for this post... so lets start!

My Xbox One controller, randomly disconnects with the console, i mean, while playing the connection gets lost and the controller icon starts blinking! When that happens, the problem persists for undetermined time, and the Xbox starts acting strange, ie if
i press the power button, the console takes about 30 secounds to shutdown and the same to power up... theres a delay of 30 seconds between the powerup sound and the LED light to turn ON. For no reason after hours or days the console becomes acting normal!

I have tried everything... changing battteries, followed this thread, shutting down all electronics,
changing wall jack, hard reset and waiting 5 min unpluged, restore to factory defaults and so on... repeat! By the way, theres no walls or metal structures between the controller and the Xbox.

PS: The controller works properly if connected via USB and the console shutdown and powerup works properly if i do it with the controller (when connected with USB). Once again i repeat... everything works fine if i plug the controller with
USB, apart the vibration mecanism that refuses to work and the software sometimes get slow and takes ages to open "settings" or simple give me the error
0x8027025a.

By the way, the console is 40 Days old and the problem happen on the first week but it was simple disconnects and now its becomming worse and worse... and worse!

Any Ideas?

Xbox one acting strange

I, when going on my xb1, I started up batman arkham knight but when going to the start up the game is stuck on looking for saved games. I then went to wit her but n update clear my whole game. But then I went to killer instinct and it is now stuck on looking
for download content. Is something wrong?

xbox one acting strange

hi my day one xbox one has started to act strange it all fires up properly and works as intended but my console light constantly flashes and there is a tapping sound coming from the console any ideas on what this could be and a fix would be handy please

My account is definitely 18+. And set as an adult account.

The only child account I have linked to my profile is for my eldest, but it's privacy settings are all set to unrestricted (since he doesn't live with me he can't use the xbox unless he's here in the house with me anyway so I keep my eye on what he's up
to). Web filtering is off, access to content unrestricted. Plus, I removed his physical profile from the xbox while going through some of the steps I've already taken, so the only profile that can be logged into on the xbox is my own. If I go into the family
part of settings on the xbox it gives me the option to add his account to the xbox or remove him from family. Plus, it's odd that if that had been anything to do with it, that it would allow access to Gears 4, but not Minecraft, when Gears is a far more adult
game lol

I forgot to mention, I have two Xbox Ones, one X and one S, both in the same house. And they both have the same issue. I'm trying my best to avoid factory resets, but will eventually if I have to. The reason I haven't yet chosen that option, is the fact
the issue is happening on two different consoles so to me, it's more likely that it's some kind of account issue.

I have just tried a total system cache clear, turning the console off, unplugging it, left it for about 2 minutes to make sure. Turned it back on and... still getting the error again. To be fair, I'm not sure how to do a cloud cache clear. I've had a lot
of games over the years and I'm hesitant to go into unknown territory for fear of losing stuff haha

Things to try/check - What is the date of birth set on the xbox profile is is +18

Do the linked or shared MS accounts have a dob that is. +18

Are you sharing your xbox game-pass with another xbox. I think its called whole family online", I had an issue with this when a younger sibling was using the shared xbox.

Clearing local and cloud storage cache might help?

Factory default the xbox

Go to System > Console info.
Go to Reset console > Reset and remove everything for a full factory reset.

It seems to me that you've done everything that you could have possibly do. From what you wrote it seems to me that the problem are the games rather than your Xbox. If you dont think so then contact xbox and let them know your issue and maybe they could
replace the xbox. Good luck.

Frame dropping on games like jump force could very well be from your internet connection. The same goes for anthem. By the way both of those games had bad reputations for running poorly. I played both and gave up on both. With my xbox one x I do notice
some games I run in 4k with HDR struggle sometimes. With those games I turn off the 4k and they run smoother. Some games are more intensive than others. Whole the X is the most powerful console out there some games are just not very well optimized. I was playing
MW last night and had frame rate drop on the campaign. Didnt start happening until their last update. So what ever they did when they released season one made the game run slightly worse than before. But then again this was another game that is known to run
poorly since release. Sometimes games are just poorly done. The games you listed? Those fall into that category.
