Xbox one achievements

Basically Ive been doing the call of duty zombie Easter eggs

and been thinking I've done them wrong with me not getting

1 achievement. But I've noticed while playing Fifa the achievement

for a player score 50 goals I don't have it, I have a player who scored 55 and no

achievement for this, I'm missing a lot of them and don't no what do

about it I've phoned Xbox customer services, they post on here can anyone help :/

Do achievements carry over from X360 for games on both X360 & X1?

Achievements don't really carry over, well they show up on the Xbox One along with your gamerscore but you can't play the same game on both consoles and share the achievements for that game on both systems... if that makes sense (not too sure how exactly to word that)...

It's sort of like the PC and Xbox 360 achievements (you could have played GTA IV on 360 and PC but they are 2 different sets of achievements even though those achievements are exactly the same).

If you put in the Xbox One version of a 360 game it will not connect the 2 games together, so they are 2 sets of separate achievements.

 

You can try deleting & redownloading your profile & then start the game up again,that sometimes gives stubborn achievements a nudge & they unlock,just make sure you have your log in details.

Due to the way achievements work on the xbox one they do seem to have issues quite often,i've had some unlock 4 or 5 months after I earnt them.

Sorry you're experiencing troubles

There is a recognised problem with Xbox One Achievements and Challenges not being awarded properly, and solutions are at the following link:

You have the following options to try:

- Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

- Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
unlocked.

- Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

- Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

- Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.
