Xbox One Achievements won't Unlock

My achievements, across xbox.com and trueachievements.com, show the last unlocked Xbox One achievement on 12/10/15. I've been having this issue with only Xbox One titles. My 360 games (Just Cause 2 and Deus Ex: Human Rev) unlock achievements without issue.
I have been continuously playing Just Cause 3, Halo 5, Halo Masterchief Collection, and Rise of the Tomb Raider since that time. All achievements fail to unlock despite saving, reloading, and completing the criteria over and over again. Deleting and re-adding
my profile does nothing. All support chats with xbox.com representatives have been unable to assist me with this issue. The stickied forum topic regarding achievement issues was followed and I've awaited a response/ update since mid-January. I have attached
a video showing me attempting to unlock the Reading the Past achievement in Rise of the Tomb Raider. I've saved, reloaded, and completed the criteria for the achievement multiple times in the past three weeks and it has yet to unlock. Looking for some guidance
on what to try next, other than hope for an update.

Achievement problem

There are 3 achievements on my Xbox one that won't unlock even though it says 100%. I've asked many people and some of them say they have the same problem. Game: DragonBall Xenoverse Region: United States Console: Xbox One Problem: achievement won't unlock,
it says 100%.

Achievements won't unlock

I've been playing overwatch and 3 achievements won't unlock. Blizzard. Net says I have them, and I have the special gifts for opening them (graffiti sprays), but the achievements won't unlock on my xbox one. The achievements are "world travler", "did that
sting", and "car wash". I'm very disappointed. Any suggestions?

same issue here , it started 3 days ago. xbox support employers are just trying to get rid of me... Last time they sent me here, where nobody answers... IM READY TO THROW THIS PIECE OF JUNK AWAY AND NOT BUY THIS CONSOLE EVER AGAIN.

Tested some theories out last night on live. Had a friend recover my profile to their console and attempt to unlock achievements in World of Tanks. Surprise surprise they were successful and unlocked three achievements in a matter of minutes. Deleted my
profile on my Xbox, recovered it, and unsurprisingly my issue continues. Finally broke down and did a factory reset. Reloaded "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and attempted to unlock the "Reading The Past" achievement again. My issue still persists and I now suspect
a defect in my console. Very frustrated on the lack of solid support from Microsoft.

More testing because this issue is so minut it's annoying. Downloaded a friend's profile to my Xbox, ran the test (rise of the tomb raider: reading the past). Earned the achievement in minutes. Annoyed as hell about now and ponder what could be corrupted
only on my account on my specific Xbox. Idea hits, the"cloud" is the constant across the board (achievement server and save server). I went to my save for Rise of the Tomb Raider and deleted it from the console/ cloud services. Ten minutes later and I FINALLY
AM ABLE TO EARN "READING THE PAST". I will continue further testing across all games with and without wiping cloud saves. If my issue persists I'll post about it.

I'm having the same issue, except with the "It's a trap" achievement on Titanfall for XBox One. I've completed it multiple times and it shows as completed but it won't unlock. I haven't had issues with other achievements not unlocking, just this one. I've
tried hard resetting my console, unplugging it for a few minutes, recovering my gamertag on another console and meeting the achievement requirements again and the achievement still won't unlock. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I haven't had any problems with the achievements unlocking thus far, except for the Manager Tasks in FUT. I unlocked them all in the 360 version, still unlocked in the One version, and it won't give me the achievement.

I just got home from a trip and turned on my xbox. Started playing some PvZ:GW and the same thing. I had one achievement unlock, but another is 100% and won't unlock.

To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
for a couple days.

I've been having the same issue. Either an achievement will list as unlocked in my achievements, but won't actually unlock (ie it says "Done! Unlocking...") or it won't unlock at all. This has been happening for me since MCC came out and I assumed it was
just one of the many issues with the release of the game, but now I'm hearing that it's actually Xbox Live. So I guess I'm just wondering if and when a fix is coming that will let me access achievements.

UPDATE: My achievements app no longer opens at all...I tried chatting with Support and it came back with an error message. Is this being looked into?
