Xbox One Achievements will Not Unlock for Me

I have been contacting customer support for over two weeks trying to figure out why my achievements for games will not unlock. I have done every troubleshooting step they have given me and still no luck. I do not play many games but the two i have been working
on are Call of Duty 4 Remastered and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. The last time i unlocked an achievement was 11/14/16. I have completed the campaign and collected all intel and the game shows me that i have yet, the achievement stays locked. I think it
might be something to do with my account instead of the game. I have contacted the makers of the game and they could not help me. I am looking for help and solutions to my problem. This may seems silly but I know for many xbox gamers achievements are everything
to them and i take pride in completing them so it has been very frustrating to be accomplishing them and they do not unlock for me. Please help if you can.

Can you unlock achievements wen not connected to the Internet on Xbox one?

Hello I was wondering, can you still unlock achievements when your Xbox one console is not connected to the Internet or can you not unlock achievements when you're not connected to the internet? If anyone can answer this question for me it would be much
appreciated

 

Achievement did not unlock for me in MKAK

Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection:

I have the achievements to finish Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and 3 all separate but there is a achievement to beat all 3 games and I did but it did not unlock for me. The achievement that did not unlock for me is called "THE CHOSEN ONE". I have the achievements
for the others but not this one please help me.
