Xbox One achievements still not unlocking for months now.

I'm still having an issue regarding Xbox one achievements not unlocking at all. I play connected to live with an active internet connection and I've met the requirements for a high number of achievements across numerous games (both indie and AAA), but not
one achievement has unlocked since around mid August this year.

I have tried all of the trouble shooting numerous times and called customer support but no one can seem to help.

One thing I can think of is this: would changing dns settings on the console affect achievements? I ask because I am in Australia and I use a vpn for Netflix, but not sure why this would affect games. I also turn my console off at the wall when I leave the
house, but have done this in the past and it has not affected achievements. Do I need to leave the console on standby for 72 hours straight for achievements to register?

Any help with this would be much appreciated, I'd love for my achievements to be retrospectively unlocked seeing as I've learnt them. I'm playing fallout 4 currently and at level 14 the achievement you get for leaving the vault isn't even unlocked. It's
getting to be quite a pain.

Xbox one achievements not unlocking

My Xbox one achievement haven't been unlocking since 5.12.2015.. ive done everything in the troubleshoot but still not unlocking. Can you help?

Some achievements wont unlock

My befriend 5 wolfs achievement has been saying unlocking... for about a month now :/ and also i cant unlock the brew a potion achievement too , any one else have these problems?

Hello, this is not a solution but just letting you know I am in the same boat. I unlocked my last achievement on FIFA 16 but when I veiw my games FIFA says 920/1000 with 48/48 achievements unlocked. It should be at 1000/1000. I then went on a dummy account
to see if it was just my profile which wasn't updating the achievement, but when I compare games It shows as locked. Really don't have a clue what Microsoft are doing. You would expect these types of problems not to happen. Especially when the rival console
is outselling Xbox one 2 to 1.

First before going too deep into anything.

Have you thought to run the Xbox outside of the VPN and launch each game. Play for a min or so and then go home and go into Game Hub and see if the achievements appear there?

Another thing is where you mention a DNS in another region.

I'd honestly suggest using the console without any manipulation and IF you have issues then report back but as is, you have too much going on to get assistance via the forums

I work from home and have a VPN for work but everything outside of work is not plugge into the VPN. I even have ports that pass through VPN but it causes a DNS in another state and causes my NAT to be strict and port forwarding doesn't work.

Give it a try straight up and Id definatley suggest leaving the Xbox one in standby mode.

Also Are you running the latest NXOE dashboard? If not, please consider updating tonight.

If the steps of NewBlacksmurf do not work.

Try to remove/delete you're account from you're Xbox One and redownload it from the Xbox Live service.

I had a same issue with Xbox 360 a couple of years back.

Try to remove/delete you're account from you're Xbox One and redownload it from the Xbox Live service.

I'm having a similar problem this month with the ID@XBox quest. You need to unlock four achievements in ID@XBox games; I unlocked four in Human Fall Flat. The individual quests (one for each achievement unlocked) all have the green checkmark with the word
"complete", but when I try to click the box to claim the 400 reward points, nothing happens. I've unlocked several achievements in another qualifying game since then- Manual Samuel. Still nothing.

I had a problem with one of the quests from a few months ago that asked you to unlock an achievement in any Game Pass game, then to unlock five more in any combination of Game Pass games, and finally to unlock fifteen more achievements in any combination
of Game Pass games. The quest was worth 600 points. The final box (for unlocking 15 more achievements) never showed as completed. I kept trying all month, expecting it to say "complete" with each new achievement I unlocked, but it never did. I checked
my progress for the month on True Achievements, and found out I had unlocked 75 achievements in Game Pass games for the month, but I missed out on the 600 reward points. I don't think waiting a few days will make a difference. I hope I'm wrong.
