Xbox One Achievements Not Working?

Hi there,

My achievements on xbox one have not been unlocking for the last week or so. The progress bar used to track achievements is also stuck and wont update my progress towards achievements. I have tried turning it off and on again and was hoping someone here
had a solution?

Achievement as Xbox One background.

Hi, I am trying to use an achievement as a background on my Xbox One, but I am not able to use it as the background. The achievement I would like to use is an Xbox 360 achievement. It would seem as I am only able to use Xbox One achievements. Am I not able
to use a 360 achievement on the Xbox One as a background?

Sorry to hear about the achievement issues. Are achievements not unlocking for all games or is it for a certain game? Are you connected to Xbox Live while playing games? Just to make sure we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a
few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Once your console is powered on, check the achievement tile to see if any achievements have been updated.
  
• If they have still not updated, try removing and adding your account on
  your Xbox One console.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you were able to unlock achievements.
