Xbox one achievements not unlocking

    Xbox one achievements not unlocking


    I've had this problem for awhile and I've talked with at least three or four support reps, but they have no idea what's happening. Anyone who tries to unlock achievements on my console is unable to. The only games I have been able to unlock achievements
    for on my xbox one are xbox 360 games. I have a few Smite awards as well as a couple of completed situations on Rainbow Six Siege that register as achievements but have not unlocked despite the fact that I have completed the requirements to unlock them. My
    girlfriend had the same problem on my console and none of my friends have this problem with either one of those ganes, so I am pretty certain it is a console error and not a problem with the games or my account.

    Xbox one achievements not unlocking

    Hey there FiggyTheFigTree,

    Interesting that the Xbox 360 games are unlocking, but not Xbox One. Are you in the Xbox One preview program and using the new dashboard currently?

    If you check in the Achievements section on the console are you seeing them as Done!.....Unlocking?

    I've tried all the options on this list, but it didn't fix it, and my achievements do not say "Done!... Unlocking"

    Hey, FiggyTheFigTree! Regardless of being in the preview program, when Xbox 360 achievements unlock but Xbox One achievements don't, you need to

    factory reset your console    .

    If that doesn't help you out, you will need to submit feedback through your console, and then check out the
    Update Preview Forums for further assistance. Thanks for understanding!

    Ok. Thank you. What about Age of Empires 2 achievements that's in Xbox App, but not Xbox App? Will I get a achievement for that in Xbox One as well, or no? :D
    The achievements don't unlock twice (one on PC and one on Xbox).

    If you unlock an achievement in AoE 2, then it would still count towards your Gamerscore.
