XBOX ONE achievements not unlocking

i have met the requirements needed to unlock achievements for games, however my xbox is not awarding me with the achievement? I don't know what to do or how to solve this, i have used the support on xbox.com yet this hasn't helped, please help

There was an issue recently where achievements weren't unlocking correctly. This has been fixed, but achievements could take a couple days to finally post to your account. Please see the following article that Game Informer quoted Xbox Live's Operations

It hasn't worked do you have any other suggestions? what i found weird though is that xbox 360 games achievements unlock fine when played on the xbox one, yet xbox one games don't allow me to unlock the achievements once i have fulfilled the requirements
to be awarded that achievement, it's really frustrating, is there anything else you recommend because i've tried all of the solutions posted on xbox.com and nothing works?

 

What actually happens?

So you meet the requirement and then what? Does it say "Done! Unlocking..." or something else?

 

the achievement that i unlock doesn't pop up and when i go to my achievements it will remain locked even though i have definatly met the criteria to be awarded the achievement, its on every xbox one game i have far cry primal, halo 5, quantum break, it keeps
record of how long i've spent playing a game, yet it says 0% complete by the games which is wrong and really bizarre as i know i have definatly attained some of the achievements for those games, however its not rewarding me with the achievement, please help

 

Do none of the achievements unlock across any of these titles, or is it only some which don't?

If it's none at all - are you playing offline? Can you try connecting to Xbox Live and trying to deliberately earn a few achievements while connected and see if that helps?

You don't need a Gold membership but you might need to be connected to Xbox Live (the Service, you don't need a Gold membership though), especially if you haven't been connected in a while. It's worth trying just to connect the console to the Internet, play
a few games and see if any achievements pop.

okay, well i am connected to the internet and i'm still not receiving the achievements, are there any other suggestions you may have?

 

I have a similar issue to this. I do get the achievement but xbox does not notify me that I got it.

All my settings are correct etc but nothing shows.

If I go to the game and look at the game achievements I can see its been unlocked but no xbox one popup showing me I have unlocked it.

 

I have exactly the same problem. I know I am doing what's needed to unlock the achievement but it remains locked and progress of game stays at 0%. I have spoken to Microsoft and they have given me trouble shooting steps but none of them work. At the moment
I'm at the decision of not buying new games because there is no point if nothing gets recorded. Let me know how you get on. I have seen a lot of posts about this now but it doesn't look like anything is being done

 

Surely the xbox one must be faulty and not fit for retail purposes if this is a mass issue and there are no solutions which work to solve this problem, this isn't a one off for a specific game title i own, this problem occurs across playing any of the game
titles i own, so it's clearly the console. I've contacted microsoft about this problem and time after time they repeat the same poor instructions which never work, the customer support is terrible as i've had this problem for far too long now. I've never known
customer support to not be able to fix a problem, xbox/microsoft need to bring out an update which is able to fix this problem then.

 

Same problem here, contacted xbox support 4 time's they have trying the same thing's over and over. Don't think they can fix this one Console Breaking Bug
