XBOX One Achievements not unlocking

For the last 4 weeks I've had problems with achievements not unlocking. They wouldn't show on my console or on PC or on Xbox site, I tried the remove account from console and put back and within a couple of hours my machine court up. But a week later and
its the same problem again. My internet is fine, but the odd thing is that time played on a game is still working ok. does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

There was an issue recently where achievements weren't unlocking correctly. This has been fixed, but achievements could take a couple days to finally post to your account. Please see the following article that Game Informer quoted Xbox Live's Operations
Architect.

Manged to work out half the problem. My achievements are now unlocking when I get them. The only thing now is that I've been waiting for 72 hours for achievements that I've earned during this problem to pop and nothing is happening. I've removed my account
and added back, down the power off and remove power cable. Still nothing, have noticed for example time played and level (ie Fallout 4) have kept up to date. Is there anything else I can try to get these achievements to pop. Cheers
