Xbox One achievements not unlocking and game stats not showing

SO!

I've had Fifa 17 for 4 days now, played 22 hours and i know 100% that i have unlocked quite a few achievements (most story mode) but it says i have 0 achievements and 0% on game progress etc. I've waited over 72 hours, deleted my account then restarted my
xbox and re added my account. still nothing. done every single thing the forums have told me to do and nothing has worked. I've been directed here from Xbox Support for more help as they can't do much about it.

Help would be appreciated!

Achievements won't unlock

To add to that, you only need to do the reset if you're having this issue with multiple games, and if they are not showing as "Done...Unlocking" in the achievement app on your Xbox. If they are showing "Done...Unlocking" that is an issue with the achievement
servers, and resetting your console won't help with that.

Achievements not unlocking, progress frozen

Several achievements that should have unlocked have not unlocked and unlike before they are not even showing "done... Unlocking". It just shows them as locked. I've tested it over a couple of games and achievements are not unlocking on either. I've already
hard reset it, and I did the steps where I remove my profile and redownload it but they are still not unlocking or showing signs of unlocking down the road. Everything seems frozen almost. Any ideas guys?

Try the steps described in this link for a possible solution:

When you reach section 3 make sure to fill the survey. After that keep playing as normally until the achievements start rolling out.

You should be able to see the stats for the game played.

Go to All Achievements and click on the game you want to view. There will be a tab to the left that says "stats" and it will show you the time played.

You can also see it on the mobile app by going to Achievements, and click on the game and it will show the information for the game including gamer score, achievements unlocked, and time played.

No, friend. The most of stats for abox games are empty.

There aren´t any stats on xbox neither in archivements nor in app nor in profile page on pc

That's what we are saying. Most stats have gone away.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's only temporary. Some other features have been temporarily removed due to the amount of people suddenly online and I wouldn't be surprised if tracking stats was one of them.

I'm sure they will come back.
