Xbox One Achievements not popping

    Xbox One Achievements not popping


    I have been playing Lego Avengers and noticed none of the achievements were popping so I assumed it was the game, but I then tried to play Just Cause 3 and the same problem occurred. However I could play Just Cause 2 on the Xbox One and those achievements
    would pop. I've tried all the solutions on the website and nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the games, deleted my save and started over to no avail. The only thing the Xbox registers is how long I've played the game, but all the other stats
    remain blank. My system is up to date so I have no idea what the problem could be. Any help is much appreciated thanks.

    I have the same problem, I deal with this a week ago here:

    Also, I've deal with with chat support, but nothing we have not solved the problem persists.

    Problem solved. Needed to call my router company to have my ports forwarded.

    Actually if you Google: "How to Forward Ports for Xbox", it will give you simple and detailed instructions for your router on how to do that.

    Its fairly simple, glad you solved your problem though. Xbox One Achievements not popping :)

    Are you in the preview program. I've had similar issues with my account. Started with the newest dashboard update.
