Xbox One achievements not popping.

    Xbox One achievements not popping.


    Hi, i was just playing Rise of the Tomb Raider when my console was offline, i did "Paying Respects" achievements but after i got online it didn't pop. Later when i was online i tried to do it again 4 more times but that didn't work. And in Tomb Raider: Definitive
    Edition there are around 5 achievements that didn't pop, i was online while playing. I tried everything like restart, hard reset, logout and ... But still didn't work. It's one month now i still don't got them. What should i do? Please help. Will redownloading
    the game help?

    Problem solved. Needed to call my router company to have my ports forwarded.

    I have the same problem, I deal with this a week ago here:

    Also, I've deal with with chat support, but nothing we have not solved the problem persists.

    Xbox One achievements not popping.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Sometimes that will help at other times you have to wait on them to pop.

    Are you in the preview program. I've had similar issues with my account. Started with the newest dashboard update.
