Xbox one achievements not popping up

I had an issue with an achievement not showing up before, but it eventually came on my account after about 3 days. This time I have two achievements Ive achieved, one was probably two weeks ago, and the other about a week ago and also I earned again
about an hour ago and neither have popped up. The two achievements are "Forza lifestyle" (reaching driver level 10 ) on forza 5, and "high risk high reward" (scoring a goal with your goalie pulled on online versus) on nhl 15. The forza achievement still
says Im at 80%, but as you can see if you are able to check my level on forza, Im a level 10, almost level 11, but yet still no achievement. The nhl achievement the first time around I have no evidence of, as I thought the achievement would pop after the
game was over since it didnt pop up right away, and it never did. So the second time around I recorded it, and as you can see from the video posted to my acount, gamertag , that it is an online game as the opposing team has
a diamond over the skaters head (if it wasnt online there would be no grey diamond above the opposing teams players) and that my team had six skaters on the ice at the time of the goal. If you're not familiar with hockey the only way to have six skaters on
the ice is to have your goalie pulled. So I have met the requirements for both of these achievements, not once but twice on one of them and still nothing. Ive tried adding and removing my account to my xbox as I was instructed by xbox customer support and
nothing happened. I dont think either achievement will come to my account unless manually updated, as the one still says 80 percent after two weeks and the other Ive achieved twice and still dont have. - Scott

Are you able to earn achievements at all? And you're just not seeing the notification pop up? Or are you saying that you aren't able to earn achievements at all?

Xbox One achievements not popping up

I was playing Ghosts this morning and I didn't see any notifications when I earned an achievement. Since I was disconnected yesterday night while playing BF4, this issue is present. BTW english is not my primary language, so sorry for any mistakes.

 

Hey there Im gettin WEIRD!

Sorry to hear about the achievement issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, from the Home screen, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.
  
• Select Settings and then scroll to the right. Under Other People, select Remove Accounts.
  
• Choose the profile that you want to remove and select Choose this person.
• Press and hold the power button on you Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once you console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
  
• Power on your console and navigate to the achievement app and check to see if your achievements have unlocked.
  

If the achievements have not unlocked after trying the steps above, I recommend trying to earn the "high risk high reward" again to see if it unlocks. You can also try to earn a different achievement to see if if that achievement will unlock. For
the "Forza Lifestyle" achievement, I recommend trying to reach level 11 to see if the level 10 achievement will unlock. If you are unable to unlock the achievements after trying all of the listed steps, please let us know.

 

I tried the above steps and it did not work. the high risk high reward achievement is hard to get, and have already earned it twice I dont know how many times I need to earn it to get it to unlock, I have video proof of it , i dont get why it cant be unlocked
for me. and as for the forza achievement...I no longer have the game . So do I just miss out on that achievement?

 

bump.... Just got the high risk high reward achievement for the third time, and still no achievement

Sorry to hear that the issue continues, I can definitely understand your frustrations as these achievements may be difficult to earn again. Unfortunately you might not be able to unlock the Forza achievement because you no longer have the game. Sometimes
if an achievement doesn't pop, you can try to unlock a different achievement and that may unlock the achievement. If possible, try borrowing the game from a friend to see if you can reach level 11 or unlock another achievement in Forza. For the NHL achievement,
I recommend checking out a suggestion another user has posted on the TrueAchievements site. They were able to get the "high risk high reward"
achievement unlocked by trying this certain method.

Once again I am truly sorry to hear that the achievements have not unlocked. Please give the suggestions above a try and let us know if you were able to get the achievements to unlock.
