Xbox One achievements missing

(Sorry if this is in the wrong place. It's about achievements rather than rewards, but I was told to post this here by Xbox Chat Support, and they insisted this was the right place.)

I noticed last night that all of my Xbox One games were showing zero achievements (zero gamerscore, and zero per cent), both on the Xbox One dashboard and on Xbox.com. (My Xbox 360 achievements still show correctly.)

I hoped it was a temporary glitch, but I've just checked again, and everything on Xbox One still shows zero. If I go into each individual game, I can see which achievements I had unlocked, but the totals remain zero.

Other people say they can see my unlocked achievements.

I've been through various steps with Xbox Chat Support (power cycle, clear persistent cache, clear alternate MAC) but nothing helped, so they told me to post this here.

Transfer of Xbox 360 achievement score to Xbox One

Hi there,

are you missing some achievements as score or missing everything from the 360?

When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.

 

Missing Gamerscore and unable to launch Xbox One achievement app

I am unable to open the Xbox One achievement app to view any achievements earned on the Xbox one. The 4,855 Gamerscore earned I have earned on the Xbox one is still viewable on the Xbox 360 at the top of my gamer card. However the 4,855 Gamerscore is missing
from my total.

On the Xbox 360, I am missing 29 achievements totaling 530 Gamerscore across 2 games that were unlocked on 12/27/14 that are showing unlocked when I view my achievements but not added into my Gamerscore.

Same thing i have the same problem exactly! HELP!!!!

 

There are numerous other threads with people reporting the same problem. Is anything going to be done about this?
