Xbox one achievements have disappeared.

Not sure when it occurred but i seemed to lost all of the achievements that i have gotten since getting my one. i had some where over 20000 points but now is 17125. When i go to the achievements the ones i had earned are still colored in. you can see what
they are worth. But when you see the game is says i have 0% and 0/1000G

Im lost a >10K GS of total of my gamerscore. All of Xbox One games:

Killer Instinct 1300/1300

Call of Duty Ghosts 1910/2000

Titanfall 525/1400

Sniper Elite 3 1200/1200

Dead Rising 3 1015/1860

Halo Spartam 1000/1000

Tomb Raider 1000/1000 ok

Max 1000/1000

Wolfenstein 1000/1000

Worms 190/1000

Child of Light 1000/1000

Forza 5 1010/1400

Except for TR, all other games are not adding in my total GS.

This situation came from 7 days ago, and i'm totally discouraged to play new games...

New achievements unlocks and usually adding to the total GS, like Diablo 3 yesterday.

This is probably only a system glitch if you give it a few days this should correct itself.

 

So do i,i don't wanna play anymore now

 

Ok so really xbox support cant help me. Then send me to the forums for help.

From the looks of it, it seems like your gamerscore has been restored to the correct amount. Let us know if you're still seeing achievements not popping and/or your gamerscore being reduced.

The Xbox Live service validates the unlocking of achievements and, though rare, delays can occur. To learn more info, check out this Xbox One Achievement support

I have still the same problem as northernhorns22. It's almost week, when I lost my Gamerscore points. I tried to play these games, tried to redownload my profile, still nothing. I also sign out of of Preview Dashboard Beta. I made a screenshot from my Xbox

In the achievements app I see 0/1400 and 0 %, when I go deeper I still see 0/1400 and 0 % but as You can see I have unlocked all achievements. When I run achievements app on snap I see 1000/1400 and 36 of 60 unlocked achievements, but these 1000 G currently
not included to my overall gamerscore result. The same situation I have with Ryse, DR3, Wolfenstein, Forza 5, Garden Warfare, Thief, FIFA 14, Just Dance, Max. I would be so thankful if You could help me.

My status is:

3 days after my tracking back, but GS total not.

I have the same situation as Allezidio. 2 days ago in achievements app I got back all of my games. This is awesome, but GS from these games still are not included to my overall GS.

Okey guys, I think that I found what's going on. This isn't (in my case) connected with Xbox One. I compared my played games from xbox.com to my played games on Trueachievements.com and mygamerprofile.net. And what ? xbox.com doesn't show a few 360 games
which I played and completed a months ago, they just dissapeared. FIFA 11, Mafia 2, Metro 2033, Gears of War 2, Gears of War Judgment, F1 2010 and Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows: Part 2, they just are gone. I checked my 360 and X1 Smartglass app, and I
see these games, but xbox.com doesn't see them.

Should I go to 360 thread with this case ?

 

Okey... this is very strange. I checked on 360 my achievements and games. In "Xbox One Games" I see only 8K GS ( should be around 20K).
So website is wrong or console ? If I change website region to USA I don't see these 360 games. When I change website region to Poland, I don't see most of my X1 games. In my country X1 will be officialy available next month, I bought my X1
almost year ago, and everything was fine. It may be caused by introducing Xbox One in new regions ?
