Xbox one achievements glitched on my account

To be clear before I go into this I am ONLINE and HAVE XBOX LIVE and a
GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION.

Recently I was playing two games, one was Tom Clancy's the division and the other game was Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered.

It started on Modern Warfare Remastered when I was beating the whole game on veteran and whenever I was on the mission safe house and this happened through the rest of the game as well and also cheats were not on when I was playing. After me and my dad called
Xbox Support about messed up Privacy settings and the achievement glitch I thought it was fixed but I did not attempt at the Veteran play through on COD again. So about two weeks later on November 29, 2016 while I was playing the survival DLC on the division
I finally beat survival on the division but when I got back to the Terminal and walked out I did not get the achievement so me and my dad contacted Xbox support and they said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to contact a developer
or post on the forums so I chose the forums.

And If anyone sees this I would appreciate it if you spread the word or if its a dev please fix this it would mean a lot and also just message me to contact me for my Gtag it would help because I am getting a lot of games for Christmas and Would like to
reach 30,000 Gamer score (Also i'm new to the forums)

Xbox questions

Hello everyone,

As we all know xbox one is among us with only days to go but in the meantime I wanted to sort out a few questions before then. Im pretty sure nearly every xbox account has gotten a glitched/bugged achievement on their profile but with that in mind on xbox
one you can transfer your profile on xbox 360 to one........will the glitched/bugged achievements interfere with the new console? Secondly my previous account went threw modding and other issues down the line, long story short I formatted my xbox and according
to that, formatting completely wipes out EVERYTHING on my xbox no matter what it was. I later created a new account that exists to this day (this one) and like i mentioned earlier nearly every account gets a glitched/bugged achievement and mine did. Long story
short when my profile gets transferred over to xbox one will the bugged achievements and the fact that the profile is on a console that had a modded past (i didn't mod myself) will any of the following affect the new console?
