Xbox One Achievements disappeared

Hi,

a few days ago all my xbox one achievements suddendly disappeared, only 360 were unaffected. I tried hard rebooting the console, obtaining further achievements, downloading my profile again.. nothing seems to work. Some of the xbox one achievements did reappear
after though, but most are still missing.

In some games i can see all the achievements when i enter in the game but the counter outside ( in all achievements page ) says 0. In other cases they seem to have never unlocked or a mix between the two. Like star wars jedi fallen order: i have 1000 but
only see 770 for some reason.

This is quite annoying, any tips?

I have heard about that surfing the internet, but i never played rocket league until having this issue. I played it after to see if something changed but that wasn’t the case! The situation came back to normal today though.

Hi There,

There was recently an outage involving the game Rocket League and people getting their achievements wiped after playing it. However, its been fixed so it might be the trickle down effect and that they will eventually get to all the impacted profiles.

Sometimes Xbox servers crash. Do not worry.

If when selecting a game it appears with 1000G, then everything is fine. Sometimes it takes time to show it in the preview of all your games.

My recommendation is to let a day or two pass and your games will be normal. The same is true if you get up quickly from gamescore.

If it doesn't fix it, you can try deleting and adding your account again (click here)

Thank you for the fast answer! It was like you said, after a couple of days the situation is returned back to normal. At first just a few games, then suddendly this evening all of them.

Probably a sync issue like you said.

Same here, whenever I seem to unlock achievements on the xbox one the problem reoccurs, where when I earn achievements my gamerscore starts to decrease, currently the score 185,515 is correct, like others have said playing and unlocking achievements on my
xbox 360 seems to make the issue disappear, I'm now going to play another xbox one game to unlock achievements and see if the issue rears it's head again.
